Pertaining to the web-based application www.myfaceless.com and the www.myfaceless.info and GeoHealth.info websites

Read carefully. Please read these policies carefully.

We respect your privacy, and we want you to understand how we manage the information you provide to us, the measures we take to protect it, and the limits of our liability. These policies apply to all GeoHealth and faceless users (whether registered or not) and to all GeoHealth and faceless platforms, including our websites and related displays (collectively, the "GeoHealth and faceless sites and displays"), and to our practices for collecting and using the individual anonymous information you provide to us through the www.myfaceless.com website. In these policies, the term "you" or "your" refers to the individual who uses the GeoHealth and faceless websites. By accessing or using the GeoHealth or faceless websites, or providing information to us in connection with them, you agree to the terms and conditions of the most recent version of these policies.

At GeoHealth and faceless, we ("we," "us," or "GeoHealth" or "faceless") are committed to your privacy. Our policies are meant to help you understand how GeoHealth and faceless collect and use information. GeoHealth's privacy and security policies regarding faceless are stringent and straightforward to protect user privacy and anonymity—which is the logic behind having an information site (www.myfaceless.info) separate from the anonymous, web-based collection application (www.myfaceless.com).

To be absolutely clear, there is only one faceless web-based application (www.myfaceless.com) associated with GeoHealth and faceless that collects anonymous, individual, health related information. No other GeoHealth or faceless site will collect personal information of any kind—other than if you choose to join our mailing list at www.myfaceless.info—and that site has no informational tie to the data collection site. No personally-related information will ever be collected—including IP addresses or other identifying information by this information site (www.myfaceless.info) or by the web-based application at www.myfaceless.com. Geographic Information System (GIS) data collected will only reflect geoproximity and not geolocation to ensure user security and anonymity.

GeoProximity™ Security Control. GeoHealth never stores an individual's actual geographic location. Device coordinates are converted immediately into anonymous epidemiological proximity cells using the H3 spatial indexing system, and the original coordinates are irreversibly discarded before any persistent storage operation occurs. This is an architectural security control designed to eliminate geographic identification risk rather than merely reduce it.

Information You Share with Us. When you choose to share anonymous individual information with us through our web-based collection application (www.myfaceless.com), we will use it to create an anonymous personal health intelligence profile—and to aggregate that information with other anonymous data to create community and national health intelligence profiles. When you use the GeoHealth and faceless websites, we will never ask you for individual information that can link you in any manner to the faceless web-based information collection application. Individual information is interpreted as any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. Individual information may include any of the types of information listed below:

• Identifiers, Contact Information and Demographic Data. When you use the GeoHealth and faceless sites and applications or set up an account, we will not ask you for any information that may be used to identify or contact you, such as your name, age, zip code, telephone number, email address, username and we will not collect any digital data that could be linked directly or indirectly to you, but will ask you about gender and gender-specific health intelligence.
• Health Intelligence. As you use the faceless, web-based application located at www.myfaceless.com we will collect the anonymous health intelligence that you provide to us, interpreted as information related to your health, such as symptoms you have identified, your past medical, social, and mental health history that you report to us.
• Household Information. As you use the faceless, web-based application, we will ask you for information about you, family members, or the other people in your household. That information may include whether you, or people in your household, are at higher risk for severe illness, or have been exposed to certain communicable diseases, like COVID-19.

Log Data and Cookies. Neither GeoHealth nor faceless websites and servers automatically collect information from you when you view our websites or otherwise interact with our sites, including tracking data, cookies, search terms, IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and authentication. We do not use third-party analytics service providers to monitor and analyze traffic to our sites.

Communicating with Us. When you send email to GeoHealth through www.myfaceless.info, such as user support inquiries, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond, and improve our services. Also, if you have joined our mailing list, we will use your email address to communicate with you on matters of interest.

Information Sharing. Inasmuch as GeoHealth and faceless do not collect any individual health intelligence that can be linked directly or indirectly to any individual, GeoHealth and faceless do not share individual health intelligence that can be linked, directly or indirectly, to any specific individual.

Protection of Information. GeoHealth and faceless strive to use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards (such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion prevention and detection) to protect the information you share with us, but no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure—even anonymous data. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with faceless is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your faceless account might have been compromised), please contact us immediately at privacy@myfaceless.com.

The use of your anonymous individual health intelligence—collected through www.myfaceless.com—we use your anonymous information to:

• Create and maintain an anonymous personal health intelligence profile,
• To aggregate your anonymous information with others to create community, regional, and national health intelligence profiles,
• Provide customer support through the information website, www.myfaceless.info.

We want to provide you with the best experience possible, including support and information when you need it. To do this, we may use your individual information to:

• Improve the GeoHealth and faceless sites and applications. We are always working to improve your experience and provide you with new and helpful features;
• Perform research, testing, and analysis;
• Prevent, find, and address software bugs and issues; and
• Monitor and improve our operations and processes, including security practices, algorithms, and other models.

Responding to Legal Obligations. In the event that government entities, or other regulatory bodies, attempt to impose obligations on us with respect to the anonymous individual health intelligence we collect from you, we will comply with requests for information by providing the anonymous health intelligence profiles we create—since there is nothing else to share.

Citizenship status. GeoHealth and faceless have a very simple approach to questions of public health: all individuals—regardless of status of citizenship—have a right to personal health and health advisories. Further, societies are far better off knowing the health intelligence profile of their populations, regardless of immigration status, in order to achieve early detection, isolation, control, treatment, and eventual eradication of communicable diseases—all measures that will contribute to a healthier global society and toward reduction of the cost of public health.

Liability. Neither GeoHealth nor faceless provide medical advice, diagnosis, or recommendations for treatment. Similarly, the information available from GeoHealth or faceless is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your doctor or healthcare provider or emergency services immediately. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding any medical conditions. It is important for you to discuss your treatment options, and any other questions that you may have, with your doctor or other qualified health care provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the GeoHealth or faceless websites. In no event shall we be liable to anyone for any decision made or action taken by anyone in reliance upon such information.

GeoHealth does not advocate that you attempt to treat yourself, your family or someone you know without proper medical supervision. We encourage you to seek the guidance of your doctor or qualified health care provider if you feel that you, your family, or someone that you know suffers from any medical conditions. Neither information collected by the web-based application (www.myfaceless.com) nor information reflected on this site (www.myfaceless.info) or on GeoHealth.info should form the basis of any decisions or actions regarding personal health. Consistent with GeoHealth's stated policies, the aggregated health intelligence collected by the web-based application (www.myfaceless.com) is designed for consideration by health practitioners, first responders, public health officials, and decision makers at all levels of government to permit early detection, isolation, control, treatment, and eventual eradication of communicable diseases.

The contents of the GeoHealth and faceless websites are designed to accurately collect, aggregate, and display only information collected from users. That information will not be modified from that provided by users in any manner. Aggregated health intelligence may receive the benefit of additional sources of information to provide convergent validity with regard to matters of public health.

GeoHealth and faceless do not recommend or endorse any specific tests, doctors, physicians, health care providers, products, procedures, treatments, or opinions. Our websites may contain health or medical-related questions and materials that are gender specific and anatomically correct. If you find these materials offensive, you may not want to use the sites.

Changes to Policies. We may change policies from time to time to accurately reflect our approach to privacy, security, and liability. When changes are made, we will make the new policy available on the GeoHealth and faceless websites with a revised effective date. If we make material changes to policies, we notify those registered on our mailing list. If you do not agree to the changes after receiving notice of such changes, you should stop using our websites.
